    for themselves. Our job is to provide you with as much information as possible to enable you to
     make a well-informed decision.
6. We try to provide you with the latest for sale and sold information so you can make valid
     comparisons.
7. To assist buyers and sellers to make informed decisions by providing them with as much market
     information as possible ie:
    (i) All properties that have been publicly advertised as for sale in their price range and selected
     Western Suburbs.
    (ii) All recent comparable settled sales (by special request to us)
    (iii) By providing weekly updates of new properties that may meet their requirements and
     any properties where there has been a change of information (eg price etc)
8. We have no objections to doing conjunctionals (ie sharing commission with other agents who
     introduce potential buyers)
9. The staff at Gordon Davies Real Estate believe their main job is to help you find which property
     on the market suits you and to negotiate the sale once you have decided on the property that
     you wish to purchase.
